【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodisapplicabletotheextractionofsamplesoftreatedoruntreatedsolidwastesorsludges,orsolidifiedwastesamples,toprovideanindicationoftheleachingpotential.1.2Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideanextractformeasurementoftheconcentrationoftheanalytesofconcern.Themeasuredvaluesmaybecomparedagainstsetorchosenacceptancelevelsinsomeapplications.1.3Ifthesoleapplicationofthetestmethodissuchapass/failcomparisonandatotalanalysisofthewastedemonstratesthatindividualanalytesarenotpresentinthewaste,orthatthechosenacceptanceconcentrationlevelscouldnotpossiblybeexceeded,thetestmethodneednotberun.1.4Ifthesoleapplicationofthetestmethodissuchapass/failcomparisonandananalysisofanyoneoftheliquidfractionsoftheextractindicatesthattheconcentrationofthetargetanalyteissohighthat,evenafteraccountingfordilutionfromtheotherfractionsoftheextract,itwouldbeequaltooraboveanacceptanceconcentrationlevel,thenthewastefailsthetest.Insuchacaseitmaynotbenecessarytoanalyzetheremainingfractionsoftheextract.1.5Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideanextractsuitableforthemeasurementoftheconcentrationofanalytesthatwillnotvolatilizeundertheconditionsofthetestmethod.1.6Presenceofvolatileanalytesmaybeestablishedifananalysisoftheextractobtainedusingthistestmethoddetectsthetargetvolatileanalyte.Ifitsconcentrationisequaltoorexceedsanacceptancelevelforthatanalyte,thewastefailsthetest.However,extractfromthistestmethodshallnotbeusedtodeterminetheconcentrationofvolatileorganicanalytes.1.7Thistestmethodisintendedtodescribeonlytheprocedureforperformingabatchextraction.Itdoesnotdescribeallofthesamplingandanalyticalrequirementsthatmaybeassociatedwiththeapplicationofthistestmethod.1.8ThevaluesstatedineitherSIorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.9Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblems,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecificprecautionarystatement,seeNote8.
