【摘要】:ThispartofISO13448providesattributessamplingproceduresandsinglesamplingplansforsuccessiveindependentinspectionsofthesamelotconductedbythesupplier,customerand/orathirdparty.ThispartofISO13448addresses:—supplierinspection(finalinspection,productcertificationuponsupplier'srequest);—customerinspection(incominginspection,surveillance,acceptancesampling);—thirdpartyinspection.ThispartofISO13448mayalsobeapplicablewhenonlyoneinspectionisneeded.Acatalogueofsinglesamplingplansisgiven,indexedbythenormativequalitylimits(NQLs).ThispartofISO13448providessamplingproceduresfor:—finishedproduct;—componentsanddiscreteitems;—operations;—discreteitemsandtheprocessesthatproducethem;—dataandrecords.Attributessamplingproceduresareprovidedforinspectionofanisolatedlotoracontinuingseriesoflotsofadiscreteproduct.Theseproceduresareapplicablewhenanormativequalitylimit(NQL)isgivenandexpressedintermsofpercentnonconformingornonconformitiesper100items.ThispartofISO13448providesaco-ordinatedsystemofsupplier,customerandthirdpartyacceptancesamplingprocedures.Itisalsoapplicabletothecasewhereasupplierindividually,oronagreementwithacustomer,inacontract,specifiesalotqualitycriterionexpressedintermsofanNQL.Ineithercase,itprovidesacoherentmethodologyfordesignatinglotsassatisfactoryorunsatisfactoryforshipmentandproposeduse.
