【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846explainstheprinciplesunderlyingISO108462,ISO10846-3,ISO10846-4andISO10846-5fordeterminingthetransferpropertiesofresilientelementsfromlaboratorymeasurementsandprovidesassistanceintheselectionoftheappropriatepartofthisseries.Itisapplicabletoresilientelementsthatareusedtoreducea)thetransmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrations(structure-bornesound,28Hzto20kHz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiatefluid-bornesound(airborne,waterborne,orother),andb)thetransmissionoflow-frequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz),whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansubjectsorcausedamagetostructuresofanysizewhenthevibrationistoosevere.Thedataobtainedwiththemeasurementmethods,whichareoutlinedinthispartofISO10846andfurtherdetailedinISO10846-2,ISO10846-3,ISO10846-4andISO10846-5,canbeusedfor--productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers,--informationduringproductdevelopment,qualitycontroL,and--calculationofthetransferofvibrationsthroughresilientelements.Theconditionsforthevalidityofthemeasurementmethodsarea)linearityofthevibrationalbehaviouroftheresilientelements(thisincludeselasticelementswithnon-linearstaticload-deflectioncharacteristics,aslongastheelementsshowapproximatelinearityforvibrationalbehaviourforagivenstaticpreload),andb)thecontactinterfacesofthevibrationisolatorwiththeadjacentsourceandreceiverstructurescanbeconsideredaspointcontacts.
