【摘要】:Thisdocumentregulatesthetestingforacceptanceoftherunningcharacteristicsofrailwayvehicles(hereaftercalledvehicles).Thetestingoftherunningcharacteristicsappliesprincipallytoallvehiclesusedinpublictransportwhichoperatewithoutrestrictiononstandardgaugetracks(1435mm).NOTE1Thetestingoftherunningcharacteristicsof:—railwayswithdifferenttracklayout,e.g.tramways,metrosandundergroundrailways;—railwayswithnon-standardgaugetrackscanbeconductedbyanalogywiththisdocument.Thetestingofrunningcharacteristicsispartofthetypetestingofvehicleswhich?arenewlydeveloped,?havehadrelevantdesignmodifications,or?havechangesintheiroperatingregimes.Thetestingandacceptanceofrunningcharacteristicsreferstothecompletevehicleincludingtherunninggear.Ifarunninggear,whichhasalreadybeentestedandaccepted,istobeusedunderavehiclebodyofanotherdesign,thisisconsideredtobeadesignmodification.Theprocedureasdescribedin5.2isused.NOTE2Inadditiontothetestingofrunningcharacteristicsfortheacceptanceofvehicles,theregulationscanbegenerallyappliedinothertechnicaltasks,e.g.:—thecheckingforcomplianceagainstdevelopmentcontracts;—theoptimisationofcomponents,vehiclesorrunninggear;—thetestingofinfluences,influencingparametersandrelationshipsofdependence;—themonitoringoftrackorvehiclesinoperationaluse.Testingofrunningcharacteristicsconsistsofpreliminaryapprovaltests(mainlystationarytests)andtestsofrunningbehaviour(on-tracktests).Theapplicationofthefullmethodandthestatedlimitvaluesreflect(unrestricted)internationaloperation.Variationsfromtheconditionsspecifiedinthisdocumentareallowedasspecifiedbythearticle7.1ofdirective91/440ofEC.Testingforacceptanceofvehiclesisbasedonsomereferenceconditionsoftrack.Ifthesearenotrespectedoncertainlines,appropriatemeasureswillbetaken(speedmodifications,additionaltests,etc.).Fornationalormultinationaloperationstheinfrastructuremanagersconcernedmayauthorizevariationstothedefinedconditions.Permissibledeviationsareindicatedinthisdocument.Itisallowedtodeviatefromtheruleslaiddownifevidencecanbefurnishedthatsafetyisatleasttheequivalenttothatensuredbycomplyingwiththeserules.

适用范围
本标准规定了内压接近常压且不超过表1第(2)列设计压力的，各种标准尺寸和容积的地面上、封闭顶、立式圆筒形钢制焊接储罐的材料、设计、制造和试验要求。本标准适用于石油工业在生产过程中通常用于处理和储存原油和其他液体产品的储罐。编制本标准的目的是为了确保储罐的安全经济运行，方便买方与制造商的订购和制造。
